Cooma Show Fun, a great day had by all
We went to the Cooma, country show on Saturday, my youngest daughter Rennae and her sister Carly (same dad, different mum) and Carly's horse Carney went in a couple of the events. Then they all enjoyed the rides. Judging by the looks on their faces they had a lot of fun.

To me this saying makes sense, on the one hand we are human beings, having a spiritual experience or at least trying to. But I like to think that we are spiriual beings brought to earth to have a human experience. I look at the world around me and it is so beautiful, but listen to the news and its so crazy. People are going mad, saying crazy things, doing crazy things. What is real and what is not. I love life, I enjoy life, but sometimes the unhappiness and oppression of the human spirit is too much to handle. Stop the world, I want to get off. I never want to experience being a human being again. Can anyone relate to this

Hello everyone
For the past four weeks, we have had Madi staying with us, she is from a broken home and going through a trying time. She is delightfull, we really enjoy having her stay with us. She says she is really happy being here and has not laughed so much in her life. I just wanted to share with everyone, these great pictures of my daughter Rennae and Madi enjoying life. Just like every child deserves to.

This aspirin mask works well
Aspirin face mask
Aspirin is a form of Beta Hydroxy Acids or BHA’s which is known to help with cleaning pores from inside out and exfoliating the dull, dead layers of skin. When used over time, BHA’s can help clarify skin tone and contribute to keeping our skin blemish-free.
To make the Aspirin mask, first you need to get uncoated, dissolvable tablets. Then take two or three tablets and dissolve in a teaspoon of warm water. You may like to add honey or yogurt to bind the paste together before spreading the mixture on your face, taking care to avoid the eye area. Leave it for about 10 minutes until it dries and gently rub the mask into the face to exfoliate the skin. Rinse off and moisturize.
Coffee undereye dark circle mask
It seems that using a face mask that has coffee beans or caffiene will awaken and open up the blood vessels around the eyes to make the blood flow and take away some of the darkness.
Note: you should not attempt this if your skin is not agreeable to any of the said ingredients.
