Tanya's Blog about our Lives, our Loves, our Health and our Pets
What is Happiness? Happiness does not depend on having more things, getting your own way or doing what you think it should. Happiness comes from knowing that while we cant make an unhappy person happy, we are constantly and inevitably affecting other peoples wellbeing. All our encounters with others lift their spirits or lower them. Taking this power seriously is a crucial way of growing into our highest potential. We need to shift our thinking from 'What will make me happy?' to 'How can I most positively affect the world around me?'. Being a source of happiness, support, interest, comfort and wellbeing for others will transform our own lives.
I love doing scrappbooking, but I never seem to get enough time to fit it in. I just wanted to share my lastest 2 pages with everyone.
This page is of my daughter Rennae (in front) with her school friends. This photo was taken last year '07 just before xmas. Hopefully im a bit quicker scrapping this years xmas photos.
This page is of our dog Mickey, he is a 1 year old Tibetan Spanial cross. Of course we are biased and think he is the cutest little boy. Full of fun and energy.
I am a mother to four beautiful children, and a grandma to three adorable grand-daughters. I was born in Australia and I still live in this amazing country. I love life and all its ups and downs, one thing I have learned is that nothing lasts forever, what concerns us today, will most likely be a different concern tomorrow. So my motto is to enjoy everyday and everyone in your life, moment by moment. I think thats why I enjoy scrapbooking so much. Capturing and recording all the precious memories of everyday events that can so easily be forgotten. LIVE, LOVE, LAUGH AND ENJOY LIFE!
